About

I live with my wonderful husband, baby Elias, and spunky yellow lab in the Midwest where I spend most of my days in my studio dreaming up what new things I can get my hands into. I have always loved creating things through the use of many different mediums including, but not limited to, fabric, paper, food, and wool. Quilting took off for me after being inspired by the modern movement and its clean lines and cheeky character. I am also highly inspired by soft vintage, rugged primitiveness, and comforting country style. Thus, I am quilting for the modern girl who can’t resist a bit of tradition mixed in.

History


I started my business in 2007 with my first pattern released in the shop where I was employed. After watching it take off, I decided that pattern designing was very rewarding and have since released eleven more patterns that are sold across the US. In 2009, I hope to get new and exciting patterns and ideas out to you monthly so check back often!
