New fabric=new pattern
I got my hands on some of Heather Bailey’s new fabric–”Nicey Jane.” Love it! After a few days of pondering and dreaming, I came up with a pattern I think fits well with the fabric. Between Tony and a very sensitive baby monitor I was able to get some sewing time in today. New fabric and new patterns–so much fun for me!
And how much fun are fresh cookies with a mug of milk?! Someday Elias will enjoy warm cookies when he gets home from school…because that is just the way it is supposed to be right?

Hey, girl! You are the ultimate mama! I admire you so much! And I am so unbelievably happy for you and your little miracle! The picture of you with Elias right after the delivery made me cry! I remember those days! Just wanted to congratulate you and Tony. Hopefully I will get to see him and you sometime before he is a little man…maybe this summer, it happens so fast! I still cannot get over the fact you are making quilts and doing everything else you do so well this soon! You really must a be a superwoman.
